Seshadri Rajagopalan
Raja has a wealth of experience in the restructuring and insolvency arena, and has held various leadership roles, including being the ASEAN leader of such services for a big 4 firm, and subsequently the founding partner of SR Associates LLP. He has acted as lead appointment taker over a variety of local and international clients, delivering innovative solutions to both debtor companies and their creditors. Raja has covered industries across the spectrum including retail, construction, manufacturing and commodities.

Paresh Jotangia
After having worked at two big 4 firms in the UK and Singapore, Paresh joined and led the direction of SR Associates LLP. Paresh has had extensive experience in the restructuring and insolvency sector, working on some the largest global corporate failures in recent years. Most recently, he has acted as liquidator over some high-profile entities in Singapore.

Martin Chua
Martin was most recently a partner at SR Associates LLP, after approximately 16 years of experience in the restructuring and insolvency space at a local big 4 firm. He specialises in leading engagements requiring trade-on work and complex restructuring solutions.

Benjamin Thong
Benjamin has approximately 20 years of big 4 professional experience in forensics and investigation, litigation support, risk and governance advisory and financial advisory, including restructuring and insolvency. He has extensive experience in assisting clients with complex litigation and forensic accounting engagements.

SR Associates

SR Associates ("SRA") is an independent restructuring and insolvency boutique based in Singapore. While SRA is a recently established practice, its partners have almost 60 years of combined experience in big four accountancy firms in Singapore and the UK. SRA's team of specialists have been at the forefront of the industry and have taken lead roles in many complex insolvency and restructuring assignments. SRA's services include, amongst others, Restructuring Advisory, Schemes of Arrangement, Judicial Management, Receiverships and Liquidations (both voluntary and involuntary). The practice also has substantial experience in forensic accounting and investigations.
